Health & social impact digital agency · Australia

Digital growth for Australia's health and social impact organisations.

Go Forth Digital is an Australian digital agency working exclusively with health and social impact organisations. We combine digital strategy, AI visibility and campaign marketing to make good work easier to find, understand and trust — across Google and across AI search.

Built exclusively for organisations doing work that matters.

02
Why Go Forth

Built for one sector, not adapted to it.

Most digital agencies work across every industry and adjust their language when a health client walks in. Go Forth was built the other way around.

Health and social impact organisations are the only clients we take, because the way people find, assess and decide to trust these organisations is genuinely different from how they choose a retailer or a software product.

We work with mental health organisations, women's health and safety services, public and preventive health bodies, health research institutes, health foundations, and social impact organisations more broadly. See the sectors →

The work varies. The underlying problem usually doesn't: important, credible information that the people who need it can't easily find.

Founder-led

The person you talk to in the first conversation is the person doing the work — there's no account layer, no handover to a junior team, and no gap between who sold the strategy and who executes it.

03
The Go Forth approach

Digital growth is a system, not a list of channels.

Digital growth isn't SEO. It isn't social media, or a new website, or a campaign that ran well in March. Each of those is a component, and components bought separately tend to work separately — a site that says one thing, content that says another, and campaigns pointing at both.

We think about it in four connected stages: an organisation has to be found, then understood, then trusted, before anyone will act.

01

Found

Be visible where people are looking.

02

Understood

Make the organisation and its value clear.

03

Trusted

Give people a reason to believe and rely on it.

04

Act

Turn understanding into meaningful action.

That sequence is also why AI search matters here more than it does in most sectors. When someone asks an AI system about a health condition, a support service, or where to donate, the system decides which organisations to name. Being found now means being legible to both a search engine and a model — and being trusted means being the source those systems can safely cite.

04
Capabilities

Seven services, one connected system.

Each of these is a capability in its own right. Together they're how the found → understood → trusted → act sequence actually gets built.

01 Flagship capability
AI visibility

AI Visibility

Our flagship work. Making an organisation discoverable, correctly understood, and citable across AI search — ChatGPT, Google's AI results, and the systems that follow. This is the newest and least-understood shift in how people find health information, and it's where most organisations currently have no strategy at all.

02

Digital Strategy

Connecting organisational goals, audiences, technology, content and channels into one coherent plan and a prioritised roadmap — so digital decisions stop being made channel by channel.

03

Campaign Marketing

Integrated campaigns built for this sector specifically: awareness, behaviour change, prevention, fundraising and supporter acquisition — measured against action, not impressions.

04

SEO

Search visibility in high-trust environments, where accuracy, evidence and credibility carry more weight than they do in most industries.

05

Content

Evidence-led content that makes complex health and social information clear, useful and discoverable — written for real health literacy levels, not for word counts.

06

Websites

Websites built around user needs, accessibility, information architecture, search visibility and long-term maintainability — not just visual design.

07

AI-Generative Marketing

Using generative AI to accelerate research, ideation and production, with human judgement and editorial governance kept firmly in place. Speed without accuracy is a liability in this sector.

06
Outcomes

The problems that bring people here.

Most organisations don't arrive looking for a service. They arrive with a symptom.

01

"People who need us can't find us."

The work is credible and the information is good, but it doesn't surface — not in Google, and increasingly not when someone asks an AI system the same question. The outcome we work toward is discoverability across both, so the organisation appears where people are actually looking now.

02

"Our digital activity is scattered."

A website, a content calendar, a social presence and the occasional campaign, all running independently and none reinforcing the others. Effort goes in and very little compounds. The outcome is a connected system where each part strengthens the rest.

03

"We can't explain what we do clearly enough."

The organisation knows its value. Funders, partners and the public get a diluted version of it. The outcome is positioning that holds up under scrutiny — clear enough for a board paper and a homepage at the same time.

04

"Our website doesn't reflect who we are."

A site that undersells the organisation's credibility, doesn't meet accessibility expectations, or doesn't turn a visit into anything. The outcome is a website built around real user needs, accessibility standards and a clear next step.

05

"We get attention but nothing happens."

Reach that doesn't become referrals, signups, donations or changed behaviour. The outcome is campaigns designed backwards from the action that matters, and measured against it.

If more than one of those sounds familiar, they're usually the same underlying problem wearing different clothes.

07
Method

How we work.

Four stages. The first one is the one most agencies skip.

01

Diagnose

We start by establishing what's actually true right now: where the organisation appears in traditional search, whether AI systems can find and correctly describe it, what those systems currently say when asked about its subject area, how the website performs technically and structurally, and where the gaps sit between what the organisation does and what its digital presence communicates. This produces a baseline. Without one, nothing measured later means anything.

02

Position and plan

We decide what the organisation should be known for, to whom, and in what order to build it. This stage produces a prioritised roadmap rather than a wishlist — sequenced around funding cycles, internal capacity and what will move first, because most organisations in this sector are working with a fixed budget and a small team.

03

Build

Execution across whichever capabilities the roadmap calls for — website, content, search, AI visibility, campaigns. Everything built here is checked against two standards this sector cares about more than most: accuracy, and accessibility.

04

Measure and adjust

We report against the baseline set in stage one, and we're specific about what can and can't be measured cleanly. Traditional search performance is well-instrumented. AI visibility is not — citation and recommendation in AI systems can be tracked and tested, but not attributed with the precision of a click. Any agency telling you otherwise is overstating what the tooling currently does.

A note on AI visibility

No agency can guarantee that an AI system will recommend your organisation. What can be done is making you the clearest, most credible, most citable answer available — and being honest about the difference between those two claims.

08
Original thinking

The Go Forth AI Visibility Framework.

The Go Forth AI Visibility Framework is our own model for how Australian health and social impact organisations become discoverable, correctly understood, and cited by AI search systems.

It exists because the existing SEO playbook only partly transfers: search engines rank pages, while AI systems synthesise answers and choose which organisations to name inside them. Those are different problems requiring different work.

It's the thinking behind our AI Visibility service, and it's published in full rather than kept behind a sales conversation.

01

Legibility

Whether AI systems can access, parse and correctly interpret what an organisation is and does.

02

Authority

Whether the organisation is corroborated well enough elsewhere to be treated as a safe source to cite.

03

Answerability

Whether its content is structured to answer the questions people actually ask, in an extractable form.

04

Presence

Whether it's actually being named, and what's being said, tested and tracked over time.

09
The person behind it

Who's behind this.

Go Forth Digital was founded by Catherine Withers, who has spent more than ten years across digital marketing, sales and operations — building search visibility, websites, campaigns and growth systems, largely as the operator responsible for delivery rather than the person presenting the slides.

Go Forth is deliberately founder-led. That's a structural choice, not a stage the business is trying to grow out of: senior-level work, no hand-offs, and one person accountable end to end. It's also the reason we work in one sector rather than five.

The business is an Australian registered company, operating nationally.

An honest note on evidence

Go Forth is new, and we'd rather say so than imply a client list we don't yet have. Case studies will be published here as engagements complete, with real baselines and real outcomes. In the meantime, the framework above and the work published in our insights are the clearest evidence of how we think.

Start a conversation

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what your organisation is trying to achieve and where digital is getting in the way. The first conversation is a conversation — not a pitch, not a scoped proposal you have to say no to. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
